- Overall 14-15 yrs. experience in IT and At least 7+ years' specific experience in PEGA
- Extensive experience with Pega 7
- Pega PRPC CLSA(Certified Lead System Architect).
- Proven experience developing enterprise-class Pega applications
- Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
- Experience working on designing flows, declarative rules, decision rules, stream rules, XML stream, parse rules, activities, list view/ summary view, agents SLA's, Services (HTTP/ SOAP), Connectors (HTTP/ SOAP/ Java/ SQL), data pages and UI's in PRPC
- Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
- Experience implementing client specific reusable frameworks
- Experience working on Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) 7.x
- Strong relational database experience (SQL, PLSQL, Oracle 8i/9i/10g/11i)
- Good understanding on BPM best practices, implementation life cycles
- Experience with Java/J2EE technologies
- Should have good Project management skills
- Strong Object-Oriented design and implementation skills
- Exceptional communication skills in English both written and oral
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Excellent communication skills including client communication
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
