Project Mgr & Operations – Custom Pools & Hardscapes
Location: Ft Myers, Fl

Southwest Florida luxury pool and hardscapes contractor is looking for a Project Manager/Operations Leader to oversee the lavish waterscapes, pools, outdoor living space luxury operations and manage 3 Superintendents. Looking for a hands-on leader that is technology forward (BuilderTrend), process oriented that can drive revenue and create efficiencies in the build cycle.

Must have strong pool construction knowledge including excavation, rebar and rebar production, shotcrete, tile, piping, concrete flatwork, stone and masonry, plaster and mechanical layout. Ability to read blueprints, navigate shop drawings without direction, and work professionally with clients under stressful situations.

Salary: $100-150K + company vehicle + full benefits including 3% IRA match.
