Construction Project Coordinator

As the Project Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the Project Management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of custom home projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing schedules, communications, and project documentation while ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.

Project Planner Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Accurately assess project costs and timelines.
• Client Guidance: Lead clients through the selection process, ensuring their vision is realized.
• Plan Drawing: Develop detailed plans for high-end remodels and custom homes.
• Land Assistance: Help clients find and evaluate potential land for their projects.
• Material Selection: Make informed decisions on all relevant materials, both interior and exterior.

Project Planner Qualifications:

• Experience in estimating, plan drawing, and client interaction.
• Knowledge of high-end remodels and custom home construction.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of the project, making you a true jack of all trades.
