Project & Program Manager
Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Vienna, VA 
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options 
Position Type: Multiyear Contract 

- Able to plan, track and implement multiple small, medium and large projects
- Able to work closely with developers, architects and testers to put together a project plan.
- Able to work horizontally across various business units to remove any roadblocks
- Able to work with a wide-variety of technologies (Mainframe, COBOL, Operations Orchestration etc.) and systems to implement projects
- Able to report on project / portfolio status to senior management.
- Able to proactively identify and implement process improvement activities to steadily improve team, project and portfolio performance.
