PCF Construction Group is looking for an energetic and motivated Project Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by helping homeowners design and build custom outdoor living spaces. - Sales Performance: Achieve specific sales goals and objectives by developing and executing individual sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, from the initial consultation to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Project Management: Manage and report on all active jobs, providing feedback and working closely with project teams to optimize performance.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Utilize 4-8 qualified leads per week provided by PCF, and actively network to drive additional sales opportunities. More leads = more opportunities for growth and commission.
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients in their homes, assess their needs, and present custom outdoor living solutions.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare necessary documents, estimates, and contracts for client projects.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of B2C sales experience. Experience in construction sales or with CRM tools is preferred.
- Construction Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes is required.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in G-Suite or MS Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.
- License & Background Check: A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance are required. Must be willing to pass a background check and reference check.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients professionally and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client projects, deadlines, and sales activities efficiently.
- Motivation: A self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service, motivated by uncapped earning potential.
