Our customer has been constructing dreams throughout Minnesota and the surrounding 5 State area since 1985. They design and construct a wide array of building types from post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, SIP panel, and tilt-up concrete; ensuring our ability to provide the best type of building to meet all of their customer’s needs. Whether they want an Agricultural, Commercial or Residential Building their team has the expertise to exceed all of their expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
The Sales/ Project Coordinator acts as the connecting piece between the customer and the Sales Consultant. They will provide comprehensive support for the sales staff and undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. This includes answering phone calls, following up on leads, maintaining CRM and assisting with customer contracts, change orders and other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Strong communication skills: ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented.
Competent with technology, laptops, smart phones and multi-line phone systems.
Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at a time.
Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience preferred.
