**There is a pre-identified candidate for consideration. However, all applications will still be reviewed** Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate visits and interface with MedTech Digital customers, advisors, and
partners- both in person when required as well as virtually. - Manage special projects and external subcontractors, including finance and legal
processes. This includes new processes relating to POs and processes relating to
compliant HCP contracts and time tracking for MedTech Digital products and projects,
in conjunction with HCC, Legal, and PR&O functions. - Prepare and format written communication, agendas, and presentations for meeting
uses as needed. - Serve as a liaison for communications for both internal teams and external clients.
- Actively stay informed of company policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the
functioning of the department and provide guidance of such to applicable staff. - Ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
- Master calendaring experience dealing with complex meeting and travel schedules.
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience working with external stakeholders and customers.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
work.
• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00.
• This position is not overtime eligible.
