Job Responsibilities:
- Function as Team Lead to Project Controller and Job Coordinators
- Function as Inter-office Liaison for all office personnel. Assist with field questions, customer service, support, documentation, and data-related issues.
- Assist CSM Leads, CSM Field Techs, CSM Quality Assurance, Evaluators, Office and Lab Staff, and Senior Field Coordinator to ensure a climate of Teamwork.
- Review reports and assist Project Controller and Job Coordinator staff in coordinating daily tasks, including set-up, progress, status, and shortfalls regarding the flow of all projects.
- Attend Field Meetings with Clients and Contractors as needed
- Create and Manage CSM Field Technician schedules daily and oversee paperwork completion
- Oversee Projects and manage teams' weekly goals
- Oversee Billing and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Work Schedule:
- Project Supervisor is a full-time salaried position working upwards of 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, and Saturdays when required. Available by Phone 24/7 and working in the Tempe Office from 8 am - 5 pm
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Minimum of a high school/GED diploma, with a minimum of 6 years work-related experience.
- Ability to conduct business with enthusiasm and have the ability to serve as a role model for Job Coordinators and Project Controllers exuding a positive attitude and professional decorum
- Ability to provide the leadership, standards, and examples of department
- Ability to manage stress personally and of the department
- Working knowledge of basic computer operation, Spreadsheets, and TBG Database Software
- Working knowledge of all departments within the company structure
- Experience in planning for completion of deadlines and priority setting within a timeline
- Knowledge and application of construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices
- Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to represent the firm in a professional manner at all times to ensure company policies and procedures as well as compliance to all applicable laws and regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain and demonstrate concepts/skills to others
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional working relations with internal/external project members
