About the Job
We are currently hiring a Project Support in our Program Management Services Division, based out of our client's office in Rochester, NY.
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
In your role as Project Support- Strategy & Governance, your primary focus will be to bolster the contract management department, particularly in the realm of framework agreements. Your proactive approach and innovative contributions are vital to streamlining our processes, thereby enhancing our department’s performance. You will be entrusted with the meticulous collection, management, and reporting of all project-related documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision.
- Parse data and present in a meaningful format.
- Support in the analysis of project financials and budgets.
- Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.
- Support on the oversee frameworks from start to finish.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and ensure timely follow through on all tasks and processes.
- Support on the communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to review, clarify any issue in order to frameworks flow through the lifecycle.
- Keep frameworks files updated.
- Comply with all company and department policies and procedures.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates a high level of verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution and consistent follow through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field.
- 3 years of experience in construction and project management.
- Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel - utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions, Word, PowerPoint, and basic Windows environment).
- Desirable Power BI knowledge.
