Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties.
- Review and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the month-end close process for assigned properties.
- Assist with annual audits.
- Communicate effectively with department managers.
- Support asset management activities.
Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Associates welcomed
- 1+ years of general accounting experience.
Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000
