Property Accountant - Inceed

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Property Accountant to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Working heavily within the general ledger, handling accruals and reconciliations 
• Reviewing lease agreements, modifications, early move outs, and terminations to provide budgets and expense reimbursement billings.
• Preparation of variance analysis and financial statements for individual properties 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting 
• Heavy GL experience 
• 1-2+ years experience in Property Accounting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• JD Edwards or Yardi experience 
• Experience working within Real Estate 
• SOX experience
