Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting and property management, with expertise in handling fixed assets and complex accounting tasks. You will be working in a fast-paced, large multi-entity company, providing critical financial support to our property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting functions for multiple residential properties.
- Manage fixed assets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Handle complex accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Accountant or in a higher role.
- Proven experience in property accounting and property management industry.
- Strong understanding of fixed assets and complex accounting.
- Experience working in a large, multi-entity company.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
