Property Accountant - Strategic Employment

A well established company in the property management space is looking to bring on a Property Accountant. This key hire will be performing all accounting functions for a portfolio of 20-25 multifamily properties of various sizes and bring a strong understanding of balance sheets, debits and credits. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as an Accountant in the property management space
• Experience managing a portfolio of multifamily properties
• Strong understanding of balance sheets, debits and credits in a property management setting
• Experience communicating with and presenting to property managers, executives and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property accounting software
