What this opportunity involves:
We are on the lookout for a driven administrator to join our Canberra based team to become our new Property Administrator on behalf of JLL with a prominent Government Account.
The Property Administrator will be responsible for efficiently supporting management in performing a diverse range of property portfolio related duties including co-ordination, reporting and management of the portfolio in line with the requirements of JLL & the Account.
This is a part time, 3 days a week role.
Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy:
- Generate monthly fixed, CPI, and lease events reports for Property Managers
- Manage lease administration queries and ensure timely processing of all lease documentation
- Oversee LA Team process, conduct detailed reviews, and perform weekly database audits
- Coordinate property portfolio activities including lease renewals, negotiations, and financial matters
- Handle administrative duties such as arrears settlement and incomplete landlord information
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain meeting minutes as required
- Assist with training, potentially outside normal business hours

- University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law background) OR at least 1 years of relevant work experience in relevant field or 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Australian citizenship required for security clearance
- Ability to interpret commercial contracts and rent roll reports
- Strong independent and team working skills
- Proficient in accounting, reconciliation, and property management systems
- Excellent communication and advanced computer skills, especially in Excel
- Positive attitude towards meeting internal stakeholder needs
