The primary responsibility of the Client Service Representative will be assisting Account Managers and Producers with the servicing of assigned Business Accounts.
Responsibilities:Providing superior day to day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client, producer and account manager questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Ordering and processing change requests with an emphasis on Business Insurance Risk Management
- Preparing ID cards, binders, evidence of property & other certificate of insurance requests
- Processing and documenting cancellations and reinstatements
- Processing and billing premium audits
- Preparing and billing Bonds when required.
- Assisting with preparation of renewal exposure workbooks
- Creating first draft of renewal proposals
- Organizing insured’s copies of new and renewal policies for delivery to client.
- Maintaining accurate policy data in agency management system (AMS360)
- Consistently Maintaining client documentation in document managing system (Worksmart)
- Maintaining a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, insurance carriers and other business contacts
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 1-2 years of Commercial Lines Agency experience in a highly automated, risk management-focused environment.
- Must have Illinois Property & Casualty license or obtain within 60 days of hire date.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment that will also require working independently.
- Experience with AMS360 system a strong plus
