DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You simply conduct a walk-through inspection of the property. You will take some pictures of the damage and fill out about 5 minutes' worth of paper work. You will not climb on roofs or crawl under buildings.

Serving as the negotiator between the property owner and the insurance company.
Metro makes the difference between the minimum amount that the insurance company offers and the maximum amount that the property owner is entitled to. We educate homeowners on how to get paid fairly for their insurance claims.
