SKN Communities is the leading Real Estate Rental Co-Living Community in Los Angeles. We focus on helping students and young professionals in finding luxurious and affordable housing in a city like Los Angeles. We are currently looking to grow rapidly our team of leasing agents.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, punctual self starter person interested in getting into the real estate and property management industry. You will have the opportunity to market vacant properties, work closely with our general management team, schedule and lead showing appointments, learn the leasing process and fundamentals of the real estate industry.
This position reports out of our main office located in West Hollywood close to The Grove.

- Reliable transportation and availability to commute to multiple locations.
- Comfortable working a fast paced, ever changing work environment.

- Weekend availability.
- College degree preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and filling vacancies to meet deadlines.
- Communicating via call, text and email with tenants and prospects at various hours.
- Performing apartment showing appointments in multiple locations.
- Performing move-in process and inspections for new tenants.
- Performing move-out process and inspections for departing tenants.
- Providing feedback on property status to optimize tenant experience and morale.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
