Property Maintenance at Express Employment Professionals - Bradenton

We are currently searching for an FT Maintenance Technician with an EPA Certification for an Apartment Complex in the Bradenton area. $18-$20/hr + Weekly Pay

Duties:
- Performing property maintenance with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Patching, painting, and completing repairs on buildings and grounds facilities.
- Repair/troubleshoot air conditioning units
- Keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained, including landscaping, snow removal, and trash removal.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete repair and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing electrical systems, and replacing damaged fixtures.

Requirements:
- Must have experience using small power and hand tools.
- Position duties require full range of motion - must be able to bend, stand, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, and lift for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions and perform work in outdoor environments.
- EPA Certification is a plus.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions - majority of position duties are performed outside.
