Property Maintenance Technician - Providence Real Estate

This position typically works Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience
• HVAC certification

In this role, you help ensure the safety and comfort of our gorgeous Arlington Park apartments. You have a blast preparing units for new residents, responding to work orders, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining curb appeal. You are dedicated to going above and beyond to deliver the best possible experience for our residents.

From troubleshooting technical issues to performing routine maintenance, your attention to detail and proactive approach make a significant contribution to the overall well-being of our community. You are creating a living environment that our residents are proud to call home!
