Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain community facilities, identifying and fixing unsafe conditions

• Perform routine repairs, maintenance, and groundskeeping

• Collaborate with maintenance staff and assist with apartment preparation

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA)

• Work on a rotating on-call basis, including weekends

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance (apartment, building, or trades)

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

• High school diploma/GED required; vocational training preferred

• EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule:

• 40-hour work week with rotating on-call duty

• Weekends required
