We offer a variety of roles to suit your strengths:




+ Community Manager: Oversees daily operations, leads the team, manages budgets, and ensures resident satisfaction.



+ Assistant Community Manager: Supports the Community Manager with administrative duties, leasing, and resident relations.



+ Leasing Consultant: Handles leasing inquiries, assists prospective residents, and helps with the move-in process.



+ Activities Coordinator: responsible for planning and organizing engaging events and afterschool activities for children within the community.



+ Service Lead: Ensures all service requests are addressed efficiently, maintains the property’s appearance, and ensures community safety. They lead by example, handling day-to-day maintenance tasks alongside the team.



+ Service Technician: Performs maintenance tasks, repairs, and addresses resident service requests.



+ Porter/Groundskeeper: Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including common areas and outdoor spaces.
