Property Management Lead - HourlyWork

looking for a versatile, energetic Property Management Jobsite Lead. MFPM offers
our clients a comprehensive list of homeowner and concierge services including
everything from scheduled property checks to construction and remodeling services
all customized to the needs of each situation. Do you have a diverse skill set tailored
to the unique demands of maintaining residential spaces? 

The right candidate will have: 

• An in depth understanding and experience with carpentry – including but not limited to repairing doors, windows, decks, docks, railings, etc 
• General knowledge of plumbing and ability to trouble shoot issues and follow the steps needed to resolve in a timely fashion. 
• A broad understanding of electrical issues and maintenance. 
• A general understanding of HVAC and system maintenance and care. 
• Experience in general home maintenance such as painting, drywall repairs and other routine maintenance that keeps a property in optimal condition.
• You must be prepared to handle a wide range of tasks, from basic repairs to
  more complex projects. Having attention to details and a creative and efficient
  approach to problem solving is a must. Customer service and an ability to
  communicate effectively, top the list of skills needed to be successful in this position.
  You’ll need to foster positive relationships and work successfully with a team to
  provide the highest quality work and the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
