Property Management Specialist

Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Property Management Specialist to perform daily department operations for assigned Public Housing developments.

This specialist will process and screen applicants for eligibility, compute rent recertifications in accordance with HUD and MHRA regulations including all annual and interim rent changes. 

Additional tasks include communicating Authority policies, services, and requirements including lease enforcement, safety, etc. as well as assisting the Assistant Property Manager with various functions.

Our ideal candidate will possess three years' experience in customer service and/or office management.

Property management experience is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Interested applicants should be possess strong multi-tasking skills and be sensitive to the needs of persons with diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds.

Being bilingual is preferred, but not required.
