Sweetwater Property Management is looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for luxury apartment community, Birchfield Apartments located near Millstone in Fayetteville, NC. Anticipated start date will be immediate.
The ideal Manager will have proven success in increasing revenue, decreasing vacancies and resident retention. As well as working cohesively with a staff of 3-4 including a leasing consultant, service manager and service technician. Possess an authentic ability to motivate, encourage and work well with all team members. A structured and organized manager is a must. Are you passionate about your career in Property Management? Our superstar Community Manager will manage a multi-family apartment portfolio with a combined unit count of approximately 140. Our team members enjoy a fun and motivating work environment. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.
- Direct and participate in the daily operations of the property.
- Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
- Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
- Manage all onsite staff including motivating training and performance development.
- Plan schedule and host resident events.
- Maintain the system for service requests and follow-ups.
- Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
- Maintain the resident database accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Lifting, bending, standing, walking.
