Property Manager!
A prominent and highly successful Real Estate Investment and Management Firm is seeking a Property Manager to join the team. The Property Manager will be responsible for the operational and financial success of a portfolio of residential multi-family apartments while overseeing a staff of leasing agents, maintenance, and administration personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the physical and financial success of a portfolio of residential apartments.
- Provides overall direction and supervision of a team of leasing, maintenance, and administration staff.
- Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met.
- Confirms timely and accurate reporting including vacancy and delinquency numbers, budget variances, staffing needs, upcoming inspections, and other data as needed.
- Communicate regularly with staff, property owners, financial partners, and other individuals as deemed necessary.
- Ensures property inspections are performed to the highest standards with a continual focus on asset preservation and enhancement.
- Ensure Revenues are maximized and expenses are carefully monitored and controlled.
- Ensures all employees are properly trained.
- Resident satisfaction is a continual focus.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to all legal requirements are reinforced.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Residential Property Management including management of budgets, variance reporting, leasing, marketing, vendor management, and capital improvements.
- Previous experience managing 400+ unit residential portfolio.
- BS degree in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Preferred)
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- Must have knowledge of Federal, State and Local Policies.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentations skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
