Qualifications and responsibilities for this Property Manager position include:

• 3-8 years of property management experience is ideal, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Experience with residential properties will be considered.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the new Class A Commercial Building.
• Collaborating closely with the company's Principal to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling tenant relations, including on-call duties for emergencies.
• Coordinating with a team of engineers and possibly assisting in hiring a technician or engineer.
• Managing and optimizing building systems and maintenance processes.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance-based bonus of $5,000 - $10,000.
