Our client, an owner-operated property management and brokerage company with assets across San Diego County, is seeking a versatile, energetic, intrapreneur with strong customer service to join the team. The role includes maintaining relationships with clients and tenants, proper documentation of rental agreements, periodic property inspections, and preparation of corporate and property reports. Responsibilities to include
• Implement Management and Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans, adhering to Agency and company policies and the Manager’s Handbook.
• Oversee tenant application processes, including eligibility review, lease agreement completion, and entry interview conduct.
• Administer interim and annual recertification's, ensuring compliance with Agency requirements. Collect rent, issue receipts, and manage late notices and timely bank deposits.
• Conduct weekly property inspections, monthly nighttime checks, and semi-annual unit inspections.
• Prepare and submit required property and corporate reports per the Monthly Site Calendar. Maintain accurate resident files, incident reports, and property-related documentation.
• Maintain good working relations with local authorities, agencies, and community resources
Skills Required:
• Minimum 2 years, affordable housing experience
• Minimum 2 years, property management experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Appfolio and Zoho
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $52,000.00 - $80,000.00
