Property Manager - Sundial Beach Resort & Spa

The beautiful Sundial Beach Resort located on Sanibel Island, is seeking a dynamic and professional Property Manager.

Job Summary:

Responsible for management and functionality of assigned properties and areas.

Essential Functions:

• Perform regular property inspections and owner pre-arrival walk through
• Maintain positive relationships with owners and provide any necessary assistance
• Communicate with all owners via face to face meetings, phone calls, emails and other communication tools
• Work closely with operations team satisfying owner requests and resolving client/owner/guest issues
• Schedule repair work with Engineering as well as outside vendors when necessary
• Provide work orders for Engineering staff and outside vendors for additional work order needs
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation including team member, inventory and equipment needs
• Keeps records of repairs, installation and maintenance with corresponding time required on each job
• Assist owners with housekeeping, accounting and repairs/replacements
• Interact with Condominium Associations to ensure seamless renovations, building updates and other necessary relays of information
• Maintain effective communication with other departments and provide support when necessary
• Ensure that service levels are maintained at the highest level by using all internal and external resources necessary to provide exceptional service
• Maintain accurate financial records by use of purchase orders, charging owners, coding and filing invoices appropriately, etc.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum two years of experience in hospitality operations and property management required
• CAM License 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Previous knowledge of Opera preferred
