POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Property Oversight Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have nothing less than a fantastic stay. This job isn't just about repairs and inspections - it's about using your interpersonal and problem-solving skills to impact our operations and guest experiences.
A typical day will begin with reviewing your daily tasks, strategizing with your team, and planning the best approach for maintaining our luxury properties. Some days will require more administrative work, such as scheduling maintenance appointments and keeping property owners up to date. On other days, you’ll be required to work in the field, performing in-depth property inspections and overseeing maintenance work, including pool upkeep and landscaping.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and coordinate all property repairs and maintenance
- Work with vendors and service providers on appointments and follow-up, including pool and landscape
- Work with property owners to schedule mechanical upgrades such as HVAC plumbing projects
- Use your expertise in facilities management to help improve property care and maintenance services by enhancing processes and systems. This includes troubleshooting, scheduling, and documenting damage claims.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years management of facilities or properties preferred, or a similar position
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and home repair skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills are needed
- Must be a clear, tactful communicator with proven leadership skills
- Valid Driver’s License
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Holiday and performance-based bonuses are awarded.
