Description
This Jr. Property Project Manager role has the responsibility to execute and deliver the technology completion of real estate branch and back-office projects. This role is the direct connection to the real estate, internal facility operations, retail, and technology projects teams.
Responsibilities will also include (but will not be limited to):
+ Assist in management of branch and back-office technology infrastructure project scheduling and coordination.
+ Oversight and management of branch and back office low voltage / structured wiring (copper & fiber) designs and installations to include on-site access.
+ Assist in maintaining low voltage standards for entire branch / back-office portfolio.
+ Coordinate with network engineers on circuit orders and delivery for test and turnup.
+ Review MEP and Technology drawings for proper technology and data requirements to incorporate into the project design.
+ Wall jacks
+ IT racks
+ Network hardware
+ UPS systems
+ Security equipment, access, and video surveillance.
+ BMS low voltage wiring
+ HVAC low voltage wiring.
+ Audio Visual/Digital Signage
+ Sound Masking
+ Wireless access points / antenna systems
+ Desktop hardware
+ Printers, Copiers, and Fax Machines
+ Provide on-site technology start up support for branch and back-office projects as required. Procurement and coordination services include but not limited to:
+ Property decommissioning support.
+ Property technology support throughout set up for all projects.
+ Oversight and quality control of low voltage / cable installation projects throughout setup.
+ Procure, coordinate and quality control low voltage as-built drawings with proper connections.
+ Low voltage cable troubleshooting & testing as required during setup.
+ Network integration during opening day for testing / startup.
+ New network rack and patch cables to technology switches and all downstream low voltage wiring connections.
+ Media devices installations and startup.
+ Desktop devices, IT rack servers, phones, wireless access points, printer / copy / fax devices, and POTS lines startup.
+ Corporate security device final terminations and testing.
+ Assist in managing and maintaining vendor relationships with regional low voltage contractors to maintain consistent technology communications with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Develop standard RFQ documentation with internal procurement department for pricing for outsourced low voltage vendors.
+ Assist in coordination of required proposals and bidding documentation per project with external low voltage vendors.
+ Track low-voltage projects through successful completion and drive punch-list items and deliverables.
+ Accommodate access and delivery instruction to service providers and vendors as needed.
+ Coordinate with internal technology/network engineering team as required.
+ Monthly status reporting for technology services / systems for assigned branch and back-office projects.
Experience and Skills:
+ Proven communication both written and verbal
+ Management of project scheduling (from a technology standpoint)
+ Low voltage / structured cabling design
+ Technology solutioning experience preferred
+ Computer software proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
+ Ability to travel as needed for project execution.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 7 years relevant experience.
+ Driver’s License, required.
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40+ Hours
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
