Proposal Development Specialist - Robert Half

Description A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for responding to RFPs and RFIs, carrying out research, editing information, and assembling the RFP and RFI. Responsibilities: - Respond to RFPs and RFIs in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct thorough database research to gather necessary information - Edit and refine information to ensure accuracy and clarity - Assemble and present the RFP and RFI in a clear and organized manner - Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for various tasks - Ensure compliance in all aspects of proposal development - Handle correspondence related to business proposals - Manage RFP documents, processes, and requirements - Maintain accurate records through a database system Requirements - Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in proposal development - Proficiency in using CRM tools and database research - Familiarity with data mining techniques - Understanding of proposals in the context of business development - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to comply with industry regulations and standards - Experience with business proposal writing - Familiarity with Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) processes and documents - Skills in responding to RFPs and understanding their requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word - Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
