Position: Proposal Manager
Inceed is working with an outstanding organization to find a talented Proposal Manager to join their team! This key role involves overseeing the entire proposal development process for government solicitations, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and in full compliance with requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple proposal projects, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and deadlines.
- Manage all elements of proposal development, including content creation and graphic design.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to coordinate deliverables.
- Work with Finance and Sales teams to develop and approve pricing strategies.
- Monitor proposal progress in SalesForce.com to ensure timely submissions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Proposal Development or Proposal Management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with government procurement processes.
- Familiarity with Qvidian, Salesforce.com, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Business writing expertise and familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style.
