We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic Tech Services team. This exciting role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives on creating compelling proposal content and managing bids for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have a proven track record in project management and bid related calendaring.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Proposal Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business growth and expansion. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing persuasive proposal content that aligns with our company's objectives and client needs.
2. Managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary materials are compiled in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Utilizing your project management skills to coordinate and oversee various proposal-related tasks and activities.
4. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all proposal documents, including reviewing, editing, and formatting as necessary.
5. Responding to RFI's with detailed and accurate information that showcases our company's strengths and capabilities.
6. Utilizing Google Suite to organize, manage, and track proposal documents and related materials.
7. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
8. Continually seeking out new business opportunities and developing strategic bids to secure these opportunities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Proposal Specialist position will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a proposal development or similar role, preferably within the Tech Services industry.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
3. Proven experience in project management and bid related calendaring.
4. Strong proficiency in Google Suite and other related software.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive proposal content.
6. A strong ability to review, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
7. Experience responding to RFI's and developing strategic bids for new business opportunities.
8. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
9. A team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
