Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Protective Technology Branch (PTB) SharePoint Developer to join our team in the Northern Virginia area and provide enterprise level support as a "Dashboard Developer – Power BI / SharePoint" to provide a Business Intelligence ecosystem that transforms data from multiple source systems (Databases, SharePoint, Project Online, Material Management Systems, etc.) into a single-pane-of-glass platform that provides business insights and analytical capabilities to the customer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Assess suitability for solutions in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
+ Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint integration with other Microsoft products.
+ Design and develop solutions for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web technologies, such as CSOM, REST, JavaScript, and OData.
+ Design, develop, and customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
+ Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform.
+ Create reporting mock-ups and prototypes using Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS Multi-Dimensional and Tabular, Power BI and Excel).
+ Report and prototype data sources including any combination of Enterprise Data Warehouse sources or non- Data Warehouse sources such as legacy Client information systems, Access databases, Excel files, flat files, etc.
+ Create Dashboards that add visibility to this process for drill down dashboards, enabling insight into related activities (tracking patches, updates, deployments, and other related scheduling actions) across the enterprise.
+ Provide end-to-end support on the development of business Dashboard developments. Serve as a SME to define business requirements and translate into data models and BI context via Dashboards. Provide design of data extraction, architecture delivery and integration solutions into Power BI dashboards.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Position requires bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of relevant work experience or Associates with nine (9) years of experience. Relevant work experience must be in SharePoint development.
+ Must have 3 years of experience using MS Project.
+ Requires a detail-oriented self-starter experienced in supporting senior Government leaders and other technical/business professionals.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint are required.
+ Travel Requirements: May be required to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support PTB operational requirements, special projects, and joint initiatives. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous work with (or in support of) Diplomatic Security missions.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are highly desired.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have a current Secret security clearance.
+ A Top-Secret security clearance will be required to meet full contract performance.
Physical Requirements:
+ Mainly works in an indoor office environment- uses a computer and other office equipment and moves about to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
