About the Role:
Collaborate closely with your mentor Agent to develop the confidence and skills needed to become a self-sufficient insurance agent. Prepare accurate insurance quotes by utilizing precise customer information, data, and policy rates. Assess the unique needs and goals of prospective clients to recommend the most appropriate insurance policy options. Engage with potential customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails to drive sales and increase revenue. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products, treating each client interaction as a chance to foster new and ongoing business relationships.
Qualifications:
Candidate must clear a background check
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Prior sales experience (preferred)
Proven leadership and communication skills
Must be willing to obtain proper/required licenses
