About the Job
The Provider Acquisition Specialist will bring in new qualified provider leads by building the CompHealth Travel Therapy brand and presence on social media; will make initial connections and vet providers selling the concept of travel therapy and qualifications; will leverage sources outside of the database including conferences, university relationships, and 3rd party online recruitment sites; provide market information on the attraction, recruitment and retention of travel rehab therapists. This position will have performance metrics, call and connection expectations, and may require some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Create social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Tic Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn; this will include daily content postings, and connecting with Providers for potential placement.
- Coordinate with Provider Representative to implement a follow-up plan for therapist including scheduling initial introduction calls.
- Lost provider follow up and recommendations to leadership.
- Specialized database searches and initial calls/text blasts to reach missed providers.
- Conduct initial qualifying calls with new leads and recommend next steps.
- Attend national conferences.
- Develop recruitment sources including referrals, University relationships, organizations within the Therapy profession.
- Stay current on industry and market trends that impact Rehab specialties and work closely with leadership for recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Computer skills and a basic understanding of database programs
- Ability to create content and demonstrated skills in all forms of electronic and web-based communication tools, including social networking sites, job boards, and blogs.
- Persuasive, professional, and influential verbal and written communication skills
- Tenacious and meticulous follow-up and follow through.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Healthcare staffing experience a plus.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to be strategic, credible, clear and organized.
Education & Years of Experience:
- Some college work.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $23,400-- $630,103 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
