Job Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist

SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) provider enrollment specialist is responsible for determining if a patient is eligible for health care services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Required to evaluate customer insurance to determine possible treatment options.

• Make suggestions for different treatment programs based on the patients insurance coverage and obtaining patient records.

• Credential Providers to be in network with insurance plans.

• Organize Provider Information for multiple practices.

• Communicate closely with providers and offices regarding credentialing.

• Update provider Information.

• Maintain Excel Spreadsheets and reporting .

• Follow up with Insurance Companies regarding network status.

• Strong work Ethic and positive attitude

• Commitment to working at least 40 hours

• Ability to follow written directions

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• M in imum Required: HS Diploma or G . E . D

• 2 year s of related experience or training, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered .

LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS

• Minimum Required: None

SYSTEMS A ND TECHNOLOGY

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
