The Provider Network Data Analyst will report to the National Provider Network Operations Lead, and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of a cohesive approach for CINQCARE's networks across its provider and payer portfolio. Responsible for supporting provider network deliverables across markets, the Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing provider data to support the organization's network operations and strategic objectives. This role ensures data integrity, supports provider recruitment and payer requirements, and contributes to cross-functional projects that enhance network performance. Primary Responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Technology Integration:
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within provider data management and reporting workflows
- Management and QA of the HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy, functionality for the network team, and reporting
- Support the implementation of new technology solutions that streamline provider network processes and improve efficiency on behalf of the provider network team across markets
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with network account management, REACH, finance, IT, and AI teams to support cross-functional initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert on provider data-related matters, providing guidance to internal teams
Best Practices & Compliance:
- Develop and implement best practices for provider data management to enhance data integrity across departments
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external data governance standards
Provider Data Management:
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate provider data from internal and external sources
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of provider information in databases and systems
- Regularly update provider rosters across all payer contracts and business lines
- Conduct data audits to identify discrepancies and maintain data quality
Reporting & Analysis:
- Analyze provider data to identify trends and insights that inform network performance and strategic decisions
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support leadership, network teams, decision-making, and performance monitoring
- Develop visualizations and dashboards that provide real-time insights into provider network performance and recruitment
Provider Contract Support:
- Track provider contract terms, milestones, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract management and ensure smooth operations and payments
Collaboration & Recruitment Support:
- Partner with network development teams to identify provider recruitment targets
- Support recruitment efforts by ensuring accurate and accessible provider data
Project Support:
- Other Projects as manager assigns
- Ensure Process and Procedures are appropriately documented and updated
- Train network teams on new systems and processes
Qualifications: The Provider Data Analyst should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or managed care setting
- Skills: Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and data visualization software; strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop and interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively; knowledge of healthcare provider data terminology, regulations, and industry standards; experience with provider databases, CRMs and healthcare information systems is preferred;
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders;

The working environment and physical requirements of the job for the Provider Network Coordinator include:
This position requires on-site work. The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open work space.
In this position you will need an ability to communicate customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
