What You Will Do:
Create programs designed to foster external relationships with the hospital or healthcare facility.
- Identify and help to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business.
- Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development including gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities.
- Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and works to enhance the overall experience within the organization.
- Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction.
- Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
