Our Registered Nurses perform direct nursing care, administer medication, take doctor's orders, provide education and coping skills to patients around sex education, suicidal behaviors, symptom management, self control, etc. The RN is also responsible for creation of initial care plan and assist in discharge planning.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with an active RN license required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Currently licensed topractice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Job Details

EXPERIENCE:
- One year of post-education nursing experience preferred. Candidates should have experience with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions.
- Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, Experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
