Psychiatric Teletherapy-APRN- UofL Health - U of L Physicians

UofL Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient psychiatry services exclusively through Telehealth. This position will serve as part of a small team of behavioral health professionals. Must have experience providing psychiatric care.

Candidates for this position may work fully remotely, including out of state, but must have or be eligible for Kentucky licensure.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing :behavioral healthcare to patients and families, focusing on mental health, substance us or co-occurring disorders, including disease management, patient/family education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice.

Qualifications:

National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with specialty in Psychiatric-mental health.

Current BCLS Certification. 

DEA is required 

Experience: Minimum one-year of clinical experience in behavioral health field.
