COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
Salary:
- Hiring Range $256,313.89 to $358,839.44
Pay Range $256,313.89 to $410,102.22 - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top!
- Relocation - $30k
- Sign on - 15% of base salary
- CME: 5 days + allowance
- Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
- Annual Base Increase up to 5%
- PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays!
- 4- or 5-day schedule - your choice
- Mixture of individual and family treatment
- Work with Adults 21 and older with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Our day program blends integrated behavioral and primary care services with a structured in a nurturing environment.
- Treatment plans focus on: Trauma, circumstances affecting daily living, plus group, individual, family, and couples therapy.
- BC or BE (out of residency/fellowship)
- Experience working in IOP
