Overview
The Psychologist II will provide clinical services, clinical supervision and case management for outpatient cases; participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating department staff; and participate in programs of systematic research. The incumbent will also provide psychology and behavioral supervision to trainees seeking related training requirements.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must possess and maintain licensure as a psychologist in the State of Maryland.
· Possession and maintenance of board certification in behavior analysis (either BCBA or BCBA-D) preferred but not required.
· Must have completed BACB 8-hour supervisor training, or be supervisor-eligible.
EDUCATION:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA)/Canadian Psychological Association (CPA)-accredited college or university required.
- Completion of APA/CPA-accredited pre-doctoral internship required.
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with and without disabilities required. This experience may be satisfied through
postdoctoral residency training in child clinical psychology.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision to trainees and/or paraprofessionals serving children with behavior disorders preferred
· Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical services using applied behavior analysis, or similar
