Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our team in Orient, OH. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There are no holidays or weekend shifts required.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $70 to $75 per hour

Psychologist Job Description:
As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and interpreting psychometric tests as part of treatment for specific diagnoses, crisis intervention, and risk assessment.
- Developing and implementing mental health interventions for offenders/patients with mental illness, including individual and group clinical interventions.
- Monitoring offender compliance with mental health treatment plans and conducting detailed mental health evaluations and crisis services.
- Writing reports and documenting all offender contacts, progress notes, discharge plans, and treatment summaries.
- Participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning and conducting psychosocial assessments.
- Attending clinical case consultation meetings and in-service training sessions for professional development.
Psychologist Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must submit the following documents:
- Resume
- Healthcare-professional level CPR certification
- Must have and hold a license to practice psychology as issued by the Ohio State Board of Psychology.
Psychologist Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of agency policies and procedures, counseling, interviewing, and clinical psychology.
- Ability to recognize unusual or threatening conditions, collect and analyze data, and prepare concise reports.
- Proficient in word processing and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop good rapport with inmates and collaborate with co-workers.

- Start Time: 08:00 AM
- End Time: 04:00 PM
