Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one ABA support to children, using proven methods to help them gain independence and positive behaviors.

• Work as part of our clinical team to follow and implement care plans and skills training.

• Keep accurate records of sessions using electronic devices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A strong desire to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Things to Know:

• Work takes place in clients' homes or community locations.

• All positions start part-time.

• You must complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

• A minimum 6-month commitment is required to make a real impact.
