Our ACT Team provides comprehensive, person-centered care to individuals living with severe mental health and substance use needs, delivering services right where they live and work. - Professional Growth: You’ll enjoy regular supervision, training, and career advancement opportunities, along with up to $65/week toward clinical supervision for licensure. You will be supported in your professional journey.
What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Therapist, each day, you will see 4-5 clients, providing critical services to clients living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and other complex needs. You will also:
- Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention in community settings.
- Consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process.
- Collaborate with the ACT Team to develop individualized treatment plans and manage client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Welligent EMR.
- Participate in daily morning team meetings and case reviews to ensure continuity of care and quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in North Carolina (LCSW-A, LPC, LMFT-A, LCMHC-A, etc.).
- Comfortable working in the community, hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
- Passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and supporting their journey toward healing and empowerment.
- Personal transportation is required for fulfilling job responsibilities.
Exceptional Benefits Await You:
You’ll earn a competitive hourly salary between $47,000 and $63,000 based on your experience and licensure, with a Monday-Friday schedule and daily travel. We prioritize your growth and work-life balance, offering the following benefits to benefits-eligible positions:
