We are looking for Activity Assistants to join our stellar team!
FULL TIME
SCHEDULE: Friday- Sunday & PTO!
Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Director of Activities and / or the Activities Coordinator to plan, organize, develop, implement and direct the activity program for residents in the facility
2. Assures the activities department is running smoothly
3. Participates actively in facility teams, committees and task forces
4. Maintain a service-oriented approach with all internal and external customers in a manner which promotes customer satisfaction.
5. Provides snacks and drinks to residents and patients
6. Assists with smoke breaks per company smoking policy
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience in SNF (1 year minimum)
3. Experience in a social or recreation program
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
5. Must be able to move or lift up to 25 pounds
