Qualifications

Master’s degree in nursing, or BSN with intent to complete MSN within 4 years

Current and active RN License in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)

At least two years’ experience as a practicing registered nurse

Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of recent teaching experience in a university nursing program.

Experience in program and curriculum development

Knowledge of current trends and practices in the specific field of study

Strong planning and organizational skills

Work collegially in a team environment

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
