The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our Front Desk team for PM shifts Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Primary Responsibilities:
- Efficiently register and check out to all guests.
- Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
- Displays high-level competency in the property management systems.
- Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
- Follows the proper work environment procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be stationary for up to 8 hours.
- Must have the ability to move/transport up to 25 lbs.
- Provides excellent concierge services to guests
- Answers all phones professionally and courteously.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

- Initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Must be familiar with the city and the attractions that it offers
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Hilton ONQ experience is highly preferred
