Shifts Available:Sun, Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri. Must be able to start by 8am.
*Let us know what days you are available. Up to 29hr a week available. Ideal candidates will be available for some weekend shifts.*
Pay Ranges: $37 - 47.74/hr

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members struggling with addiction, PTSD, and other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. Levels of care at this facility include: Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential SUD & MH Rehab, Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and Aftercare Planning

Levels of care at this facility include: Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehab, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient Rehab, Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and Teletherapy
Here is what you’ll do as a Licensed Therapist:
- Group therapy
- Documentation
Here is what we’ll need to consider you for a Licensed Therapist to facilitate groups:
- Master's Degree with appropriate licensure / certification as per State regulations.
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience in mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year.
- Must have experience facilitating evidence-based groups, setting goals and objectives, and skills building. Preference to CBT, DBT, ACT, Resiliency, Exposure Therapist, Relapse Prevention, and/or Relaxation.
- Resume must reflect your group experience.
- Licensed in the state of Maryland with one of the following:
Preferred
LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical)
LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist)
LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
Licensed PhD/PsyD
Minimum Requirement
LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor)
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
LGMFT (Licensed Graduate Marriage & Family Therapist)
LGADC (Licensed Graduate Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
